Reporting a Damaged Product

If you received a damaged order, please follow these steps to report the issue:

When reporting the damaged product, please include the following information:
Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Details about how the order was packaged.
Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).
Providing clear pictures helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. This information is crucial for our internal reporting and helps us investigate the issue with our print and logistics partners to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Troubleshooting Incomplete or Wrong Orders

If you have received a wrong or incomplete order, don’t worry! Let’s figure this out together.

When reporting a problem, please include the following information:

A description of the problem.
Any extra information that might help us investigate the issue with our print and logistics partners. Sometimes orders with multiple items or larger orders are just shipped in multiple packages, we’ll check and get back to you asap.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
